Project Nova, a sci-fi strategy game developed by Revolving Games, has officially launched its early access on October 17.

The early access allows players to engage in strategic gameplay where they can manage space empires and complete in-game milestones.

A $25,000 prize pool has been made available for players who participate during this phase, offering rewards for completing specific challenges and tasks.

What is Project Nova?

Project Nova is an RPG title that immerses players in a sci-fi universe where the objective is to expand territories, manage resources, and engage in battles to gain control over different areas of the galaxy.

Players can align with one of four factions, each with unique characteristics that influence gameplay strategy and requires a balance of exploration, base-building, and combat to succeed.

Progress is displayed through a hexagonal grid, representing territorial control, and key resources such as water, gas, and titanium are essential to expand and maintain bases. In addition, players will have access to an in-game chat feature for team coordination and strategy development.

What to expect during early access?

The $25,000 prize pool is part of the broader $100,000 reward system linked to Revolving Games‘ planned ecosystem of games.

During early access, players can earn rewards by logging in daily and completing in-game objectives. Further details about how these rewards can be converted into real-world assets will be released later.

Whilst the full release date for Project Nova has not yet been announced, the game is part of Revolving Games’ broader plans to launch an ecosystem of four interconnected titles, with more developments expected over the next 18 months.
