Ember Sword Goes Live with ImmutableX Migration

Sword slashing RPG adventure, Ember Sword, continues to gear up for its long-awaited release, putting the wheels in motion for its carefully planned migration over to the ImmutableX network.

Way back in November, Ember Sword announced that it would run its game through ImmutableX. It cited enhanced performance and increased security as its main motivation for the move, with the ability to make payments in fiat currencies also playing a key factor.

Now, as Ember Sword gears up to bring the game into the latter stages of development, the time has come to make the migration. Therefore, from June 8 onwards, holders of any Ember Sword NFTs will need to ensure they complete the migration before they can use them in the game. So far, these consist of both land items and Ember Sword badges.

To complete the migration, owners will need to sign up and log in to the Ember Sword website. Then navigate to the IMX Migration page, connect up the wallet, and follow the on-screen prompts.

On completion, the team will notify the registered email address of its success. Furthermore, to encourage a swift transition, the project will distribute 20k $IMX tokens to the first wallets to complete the migration, with one token delivered per asset transferred, capped at a maximum of 150.
