Imagine the herculean task of moving a prominent project from one blockchain to another. From transferring assets to adjusting protocols and carrying the community along, it is no small feat. Luckily for Synergy Land, which is looking to move from Solana to Polygon, it will be getting some help.
This comes as Xternity, a Web3 gaming development platform, has teamed up with Polygon to facilitate a smoother transition for the game.
How Will The Move Work?
Users of Synergy Land can rest easy during the transition, as Xternity’s network migration tool is designed to seamlessly move projects of all types across blockchains. In the case of Synergy Land, all assets will be transferred to the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) chain, which will affect both users and game developers alike.
For its users, this will mean linking their current Solana-compatible wallets to facilitate the transition. After this, the Solana assets will be burned and then replicated on the Polygon network. As this transition happens, Xternity will work to ensure that users do not have to sacrifice their convenience and sense of security when their favorite projects switch blockchains.
Great choice
Special shoutout to @Xternity_io for making migrations like this seamless! Go builders https://t.co/qj1hhzLafc

Synergy Land has undergone an extensive research process in order to identify the most suitable blockchain network for its needs. This involved evaluating a variety of different options and examining them in-depth. After much deliberation and analysis, it has been determined that the Polygon network is the ideal fit for the project and will provide the best platform for its future growth and development.
As Polygon and Xternity continue to launch more migrations in the future, this process will be continually refined and perfected.
